Alongside the daily meditations, you will receive a 30-minute personal check-in each week with me via Zoom or WhatsApp.

During these sessions, we draw from the grounding practices within the daily meditations, along with additional supportive tools such as simple breathwork, body awareness, and calming practices you can use in real life.

 

So calm becomes something you can actually feel — even in difficult moments.
