A Personalized Session Just for You

Private sessions are a supportive space where we slow down, reconnect with your inner awareness, and gently guide your system back toward balance.

Every session is unique and shaped around what you need that day.

​

Together we may explore practices such as:

• Conscious breathwork
• Guided meditation
• Body awareness and grounding
• Yoga Nidra deep relaxation
• Emotional clearing practices
• Nervous system regulation
• Mindset and perspective shifts
• Simple tools you can use daily at home

 

These practices work directly with the mind, body, and breath — helping you move out of stress and back into a natural state of calm and clarity.

My Role

My role is not to "fix" you.

​

It is simply to help you reconnect with the wisdom and steadiness that already exists within you.

​

For over 25 years I have studied and practiced meditation, breathwork, and ancient awareness traditions with teachers around the world. These practices have profoundly transformed my own life, and I now share them with others who feel ready to rediscover a deeper sense of peace.

​

Sometimes just having a grounded presence guiding you can make all the difference.​​​

Sessions are available in-person (in Portugal) and online.  

Private Sessions​

€125 per session or €350 for series of three
